Seperti banyak diprediksi sebelumnya, Komjen Polisi Yusuf Manggabarani dipastikan menjadi wakapolri menggantikan Komjen Pol Makbul Padmanegara terjawab. Kejelasan ini diungkapkan Deputi SDM Kapolri Irjen Pol Eddi Sunarno usai rapat Dewan Kepangkatan dan Jabatan Tingkat Tinggi (Wanjakti) polri di Mabes Polri, Jl Trunojoyo, Jaksel, Rabu (30/12).

“Yang jadi Wakapolri Yusuf Manggabarani,” kata Deputi SDM Kapolri Irjen Pol Eddi Sunarno.

Sementara, untuk jabatan Irwasum selanjutnya digantikan oleh Irjen Nanan Soekarna (Kadivhumas). “Kadivhumas yang baru yaitu Brigjen Edward Aritonang,” jelasnya.

Komjen Makbul Padmanegara resmi pensiun esok Kamis, 31 Desember. Rencananya, serah terima jabatan akan dilakukan Senin, 4 Januari 2010.
